Possible 'bug'

Found a duplicatable situation that many will perceive as a bug.

1> Go to a base where there are ships docked that are currently due for an upgrade.
2> Create a new TF. There are 2 buttons along the median bar between the ships at the base and the ships in the TF. One of them says 'suppress ships not due for upgrade'.

This will allow you to add only ships not due for upgrade.

The other button says 'show ships due upgrade'

This will ONLY show ships for upgrade.

So far so good. Click on 'show ships for upgrade.'


3> Now, go to another base, where there are *no* ships available for upgrade but there ARE ships present. Try and create a new task force.

You CANT.

Reason? The computer is 'remembering' that you selected 'show only ships due for upgrade.'

The problem? This button *only* appears if there ARE ships for upgrade at that base! So, if you dont remember that you clicked this button (and I didnt), you are trying to figure out why your ships wont show up in the TF ship selection screen.

The button should always appear, to make it easy to avoid this. Can be a bit tricky.

cool. Not a game breaker by any means, and the button is very useful. Maybe just removing the flag that 'checks' to see if it should appear should be changed so that it always appears?
