I am reading your AARs everyday and enjoy them very much. Your overall strategy will definitely inspire mine in the future. Things seem to go well so far. Enjoy the "Happy Days"

Cheers

hi Gilbert

Thank you very much for your kind words !
I am proud to heard this, but I must to wait to know if it would be the "correct" way of play. I am very worried with my economy and R&D.

Best wishes and kind regards

Hi Fletcher!

Can only second that, nice overall strategy.
And i bet that there are only a few percent on this forum who already have a true understanding
of the Japanese economy and R&D.

Personally i like to think that it´s much harder to come up wirth a perfect solution than its been in
stock.

Good AAR Fletcher.

But, if I may be so rude as to hijack your thread, what is the "Singapore Fall" bug? I have not heard of it. A quick search reveals nothing obvious.

Not a criticism, just a concern, from the Tracker Chart I note that you have 2719 New Ind. This is pretty high considering it will cost 2,719,000 supplies.(more than you currently have) ... I know some of this is for R&D and other considerations, but you must be using a ton of supplies each turn. Be careful not to get into the red too much. I'd be thinking seriously about turning off some repairs to less essential repairs. I'd also be interested in a list of current Ind.repairs to see where you are going and a history of supply.

Also 2nd the Singapore fall bug, what's that ??

Hello n01487477 !
Don´t worry about criticism ! That´s good. I have calculated my numbers for R&D but I could be wrong. I take in consideration your comment probably I must to stop several R&D/aircraft production. Probably I am growing so quickly (my planning is going to produce 1.000 aircrafts at April 1942 -675 yet, Jan 1942-). I had to expand Mitsubishi Ha-32 because my production of Ki-21-IIa was so high (80 aircraft/months) with G4M1 with another 80 aircrafts/month. Probably I am paying this questions now. I stopped the Shinano to save H.I. points from Naval Shipyards, but sure I must to stop several aircraft/R&D production :) Thanks a lot.
About the bug, it was reported by Walloc in another two games from him. If I am not mistaken this bug is when Singapore falls in Japanese hands. Walloc explain me the problem and he was reported that this was be solved with Patch 2. IJA is near to assault Singapore and both of us decide to stop the game until Patch 2 release. About the bug I recommend take an eye on this link:

Thanks a lot for your visit and comment !
Kind Regards and best wishes.
