Well another year is in the books for the VCFL.Even though we have 9 out of ten teams filled I can`t shake the feeling why the 10th team can`t get an owner .It was the 1st place team in the regular season.So looking for opinions what would the VCFL have to do differently to attract you to the league?

I think its more an issue of a dwindling community rather than anything else Trevor,
I dont think you should beat yourself over the head as to why you cant fill the tenth team
but rather be proud that you have made your league interesting and realistic enough to hold onto nine owners

9 is around one fourth to one fifth of the guys left by my estimation, thats pretty good numbers.

Being just north of the border, and having Bud Grant as a coach way back, gives Vikings fans a little bias toward Winnipeg.  I did follow the Eskimos in the 1980's because of Warren Moon, and I liked BC recently, but Winnipeg is like a little brother to the Twin Cities.

There will be three rounds of signing.Each team will make an offer.If more then one
team makes an offer the team with the highest offer gets there offer put through the
programme.
If more then one team has the highest same offer.Then the player gets put
back for the next round so see which owner offers the  highest.
Round three
Since round three is the last round if more then one team has the highest offer,the team
the player played for the previous season will have the offer.If the teams making the offer
that have the same highest offer the team with the highest point total from the previous
season gets the offer.If thats tied the team with the highest percentage of points for against
will get the offer.For the last round the programme is not used the player takes the
highest offer offered.The programme is on the page to download and try.
 
For the first Round All bids must be by 6:00 pm Atlantic Time Friday May 1st

parts of it are corrupt when you try opening it
so it wont run.

Guys a few owners are having a problem with the Free Agent process.You don`t run the programme I do after the bids are sent in please send your bids in like this
When making an offer on any player please send it in like this
Erick Crouch QB Atlantic 4 years 100% increase
Bob Hardtly RB Hamilton 1 year 5% decrease
And so on and on.
 
This will be the last delay if theres something you don`t understand please let me know before Friday May 15th at 6 pm Atlantic because I will be processing the bids over the weekend.

Please not if a bid was rejected in round and 2 and is the highest bid on the player then he signs for that bid even though it was rejected.Highest bids in round 3 signs the player no programme is used in this round.
