Schedule questions psc format

OK, I have some questions about the schedule formatting. I am sorry, but I can't let it go.

I exported the current schedule and took a look at it.

Is the "game id" a counter of the games played? In 29756,11,12,3,25, is the 29756 the 29,756th game played in my association? If yes, does that number count just regular season games?

I have found that I can look at the psc schedule file in notepad and edit it. I can also save it as a psc file and import it. I figure I can continue to modify the original psc file so long as I save it in the mods folder and then import it like I used to do.

Am I missing anything?

I have modified the existing psc file and it imported without a hitch. I love the fact a amateur like me can tweak the game to what I need.

I do have one last unresolved question: it is about the game id: is it a counter? If so, does it only count the regular season?
