What happens with convoys

Post by kaleun »

I was all excited when a convoy loaded with all kinds of goodies appeared in Cape Town. The info said it would be withdrawn in 5, then 4 then 3 days etc. It listed all the tanks and cool stuff it had in it's holds. I couldn't however do anything with it.
I fully expected all those juicy supplies and reinforcements to appear at Cape Town when the convoy left.

Now it's gone and guess what, no supplies, no tanks, no anything.

How am I supposed to handle resupply convoys that arrive in Capetown?[&:]

They should all appear in the replacement pool. Don't remember if it happens immediately or eventually.

Ahh. The replacement pool. That explains it.

That's the idea behind the "convoy" being a coastal defence unit. That way, when it auto-disbands, all the goodies go straight into your storehouses.

All the devices go into the pools, the supplies and fuel go into the Cape Town stock

Do these convoys arrive at regular intervals to Cape Town?  I've had two arrive so far and the supplies are starting to run low...

If you look at the list of units due and sort by unit type you get to see them all. They arrive at other places too. Christmas is coming...

You'll see them in the unit arrivals screen.
