Norm Koger's The Operational Art of War III is the next game in the award-winning Operational Art of War game series. how do i get an oob for a scenario?

You can dump an OOB from the TOAW editor, then all you have to do is rename the extension as .xml to be able to view/edit the file with any xml reader I think.
