I imagine that the turn into the wind to launch aircraft looked very much like a stern chase or intricate ballet.

Looks like the American commander was looking for his brown pants to wear that morning.

This is one thing that I honestly think should be changed in the game. Lets say, just for the heck of it, that the two task forces do manage to make contact like this.

Do you think that the commanders wouldn't dispatch their cruisers and maybe destroyers to make a surface attack on the enemy ships. Some Long Lance torpedoes could do some damage to those American carriers. I know the US carriers would run at high speed to escape but I would also be willing to bet that the US cruisers would press their attack as well to hopefully disrupt air operations on the IJN carriers.
