I'm not sure what you are asking but, if it is a table or para showing this, I don't believe it exists. I'd suggest doing a search by author after listing this section as a subscription on: "Frank Hunter". Over time, he's given quite a bit of detail on game details and the composite may give you your answer. If not, its all good info so time well spent.

Thank you - have done that but couldn't find Frank's posted list - it's useful and should have been stickied. It was a table within a paragraph posted ~ 1 1/2 years ago IIRC.
