I'm glad someone is carrying the banner for tabletop on the PC again after the "Tin Soldiers" series folded. I really hope they do do Napoleonic era next.

Not to nitpick, but it is Field of Glory and not FieldS of Glory. When I saw the title of this thread I thought an old MicroProse title was being re-released.

The Wargamer post I learned about this game called it "Fields." But you are right, the correct name is "Field of Glory."

Anyhow, I guess Matrix is not planning to carry it, as I have heard nothing in these forums.

Not necessarily; the Slitherene stuff usually seems to follow sometime after the event. They sell direct themselves, and may well benefit from being the only distributors for a while after release.
