CRT Results?

I have been messing around with my own scenario, copied & renamed from the 1939 Campaign. The CRT's are located in the "consts.csv" file.

Just for the heck of it I changed all the entries in the Defender losses CRT "7:1" odds column to "100". Just wanted to prove to myself that it would cause defender elimination all the time. It didn't seem to have any effect at all! Since the final odds displayed are seemingly calculated AFTER all other modifiers are taken into account, I'm at a loss to explain this. I did a bunch of battles at 7:1 and got a wide range of results-- elimination, light damage, heavy damage, etc.

Am I missing something?

If you have made a new scenario to test these things, you must open misc.scv and change the name there from the original scenario to the name of the new one. Otherwise the system will check back to the original scenario instead and nothing seems to have changed.
