I for one am glad AE is now a stand-alone release. It makes it more simple - buy, install, play. I figure I can only screw something up once this way. Make a game an addition and it's usually three to four screw ups before I get it right. I know that may be hard for some of you computer-types to believe, but ask Eric - he's bailed me out several times.

Okay, that was a lot further off base than I intended.

You guys are excellent! With deals like that, I think you are going to make as large a fraction of all the different contingents happy as you could possibly hope for! I think I might even buy Uncommon Valor with a deal like that!

I think this will work well for a lot of prospective newcomers. For me, when I firist bought WiTP, I got bogged down, it was a lot to learn. . . heard on the forums that WPO was a lot simpler but the same basic system and thus a good trainer, and bought it. It WAS a good trainer! I have enjoyed both games a LOT; indeed, I've probably played WPO as much or more than WiTP! Matrix got two sales, everyone was happy [:)]

"No whin(n)ers" is probably too much to hope for, especially once we actually release it...[:D]

So maybe let's stay in this phase (pre-release) a little longer? [:D][;)]

Well, aren't you guys just tired of hugging the game alone for so long?

BTW, Speedlette, just for you we've put in a unique new feature in the game, since you like subs so much. The dud rate for the Mk 14 torpedo now starts out at 125%. Obviously, we couldn't make 125% of torpedoes go KA-KLANG instead of KA-BOOM, so now there's a 100% chance of the torp not exploding on impact, and a 25% chance of it exploding in the torpedo tube before launch.

Best decision I made during my brief reign as Naval Team boss. Kind of an evil Easter Egg.[:'(]

This kind of fan-service is completely disgusting and unprofessional from the team. Why does Speedy always get all the candies? [:-]
