Do units have ZOC? What is the smallest unit that can be placed on the map?

As Pavel stated on another post, divisions can breakdown to 3 regiments. They loose more MP's when moving into enemy areas than divisions. There are also brigades on both sides...Oh and yes they all have ZOC's...
