Looks like they are shooting at their own encampment.  I'm sure that makes them popular.

Waqs going to say Philippines at first, but if you look to the right side of the picture, you see an obvious pogada style temple, which could make it Burma as well. The big building in the center background is a church, you can easily make out the cross on the close end of the building. Again, pointing to an area with mixed of eastern and western religions...Burma, Philippines, even China.

I said Marines because I was looking at the covers some of the gun crew are wearing; those look USMC to me.

looks like theres a unspent round to the left on the ground and those 2 guys standing are not covering thier ears
