USSR- Do they ever surrender

Commander – Europe at War Gold is the first in a series of high level turn based strategy games. The first game spans WW2, allowing players to control the axis or allied forces through the entire war in the European Theatre.

USSR- Do they ever surrender

I am playing as the AXIS and it's the summer of 1942. I have captured the middle areas of the USSR and Moscow but the Russians don't surrender. Do they ever surrender in this game or do they fight it out to the last man ??

finish the Eastern Campaign and they will surrender, you got alot more area to take yet

All you have to do to force Russia to surrender is capture Moscow and Perm. They are like any other major power in that they will capitulate if you capture all their capitols. So throw everything you have at Perm and you're all set.
