Is Matirx E-mail working properly?

Post by GaryChildress »

I sent an e-mail to Erik Rutins via the Matrix e-mail option. I checked the little check box to copy the e-mail to myself, however, I have looked in my PM inbox and my e-mail and have not received a copy of the e-mail. I also haven't heard any response yet (although it is still early). I am wondering if you have received it, Erik?

Many thanks.

Gary,

I received the e-mail and responded yesterday.

My apologies, Erik.

I just checked my Matrix profile and I still had an old E-mail address in it. Image

I just corrected it.

I think I know what the answer was but would you be willing to resend it to my new e-mail?

Sorry. Image

I have the email when there is a response box checked and have never gotten an email. Why is that?
