have the planes the posibility of play one minelaying mission?
The americans obtain greats hits using this possibility in the pacific war

Allied Bomber (4E only?) and Patrol planes can perform a minelaying mission but only at night and, I think, after 1/1/43. (I assume the japanese can do the same)

The USN used TBFs or TBMs for this mission too.

The British had mines in their Beauforts and Swordfish since war started. Germans were even more adept of aerial mining. It would be bad if the hardcode date remains for this instead of weapons availability.
