Patch v3.4.151 over Patch v3.3.147E ?

Hi,
I installed COTA and downloaded the COTA Update v3.4.151 and the COTA Patch v3.3.147E. Do I need to install both or only the latest one(v3.4.151 from 28 APR 2008)?
What is Patch 3?

Patch 3 is the update 3.3.147E. Patch 4 is the update 3.4.151. The numbering scheme is "Game.Patch.Build". You only need to install Patch 4 ( 3.4.151 ). It's a comprehensive update.
