Let's play with four.  It'll be faster turnaround.

If you have never played one of these Stone/Iron/Steel Age games, you ought to give it a try. They are fun to play and are an interesting departure from playing historical scenarios. The use of 1.2.0 seasons and diplomacy should make it even more interesting.

I just started playing against the AI, but I'd like to join.

I can play a turn every weekday night and multiple turns on the weekends. I'm in Jersey on the East Coast of the US, if that helps for turn ordering.

Is that a quick enough turn-around time?

I still need an e-mail address for jreid.  I am giving him a few hours to respond before we start without him.

Also, I installed 1.20 from this thread "AT v1.20 public beta" tm.asp?m=1858691

where I found this link:

ftp://ftp.matrixgames.com/pub/AdvancedT ... 20beta.zip

and also installed the updated advanced.ptmaster file found later in the link that stops the destruction of cities in nuclear is off.

http://www.advancedtactics.org/advanced.ptmaster

Hope that's correct [:)]

This is my first PBEM game, so I assume I just launch the game, load the save game, play my turn, save the game and then e-mail it to the next player.

I'm still playing 1.20 beta. I haven't installed the recent official 1.20 release yet. Should I or will that mess up Steel Age 1?
