Brit fleets in Bristol won't move...

...last naval phase, Nelson and company lift a blockade of Bristol by a Swedish fleet, which was blockading a singe Brit light fleet in port. Nelson wins battle, then all Brit fleets get put in Bristol....next naval phase, I try to move the Brit fleets from Bristol, but get message that the fleets don't have enough moves. They show 7 moves on all the counters. No other fleets (friendly or enemy) in Bristol blockade box, or the adjacent sea zone...we are stuck...

not sure how to send save file or attach one...

Zip the 2 files (gamename.sav.dat and gamename.sav) in your SAVE DIR then send them to me at marshalle@matrixgames.com
what version are you on?
