Yes - I think in general perhaps the Germans are a little too strong - I'm not sure if this change would balance it or not. From my experience w/ the scenario so far there is only one game where I think the Soviets have a chance to win.

I think we will also need to cut out the initial 4 turns of double movement. If the soviets have more left of their original army they will better be able to oppose the germans. I think that and removing the Tankdestroyers from initial OOB (and research because we should not see them until 43/44) will do the trick.

lets see how the winter and mud effects will work.

if i got some soviet troops left by that time.

While we are talking about changes to this scenario I want to make sure that the position of Siberian reinforcements is considered. I think the north is way too far west as in almost every game I've been in Tikhvin falls before Siberians can come in- it would make sense to bring them in farther east so the Soviets are sure to get them.

Turn sent to Soviet NW.

Soviets having some real counterattack successes in the south and the mud has immobilized the panzers. On the plus side Kiev finally falls.

Kirk had me play his AGC turn to keep the game going.

Does AGC still have the turn? I haven't seen this game in awhile.

FYI I got a new laptop so you will see some PBEM error from me when you get the next turn all.

I haven't seen/heard from IRONCROM for some time. I hope everything is alright with him/his family, they just had a new baby girl not too long ago....

I'll look to see if I still have his password for this game, if I do does everyone want me to play his turn?

@barthheat,

sure. if you dont have the pass let me know.

If Russian South replays last turn it can set a new password (new feature from v1.16 onwards to tackle this sort of situation) and then AG North has to replay too, but then AG Center can log in with new password.

kind reg,

OK, I found the password. Turn 20 sent to AGS. Pressure on Moscow increasing. Moscow bombed by Luftwaffe. More forts taken.
