Invalid Serial Number on Installation of H3ANW

Invalid Serial Number on Installation of H3ANW

On attempting to install H3ANW, downloaded from the Matrix store, the supplied serial number is not accepted.
"Invalid Serial Number" message is displayed in a message box.

I'm attempting to install the game on Windows XP Home, SP2.

Tech Support has so far been unable to come up with a solution.
Only the Dead have seen an end to war-

There seems to be quite a few reports of that same problem.

One thing another player mentioned that may help is to unzip the zip file from Matrix before trying to run the installer (i.e. place the Install *.exe file on your desktop) instead of running it from inside the zip file.

Greg Wilcox has put in some effort and has sent me a new Serial Number for the installation.
It has installed with great success!

For the member with a similar with both Commander's Edition and H3ANW, this may be a useful path to follow.
