What is the file you're trying to open and how are you trying to open it?

Please zip up and email the file to support@wintervalley.com

Do other leagues work? Can you load and use the stock leagues?

I have had this happen a long time ago, not with the NCFL file, but when I was trying to load up a team in the PDS..... I cant remember exactly what it was, but I think it had something to do with uniforms,......

If you're installing the game on vista ensure you're following the Vista User Guide.

http://www.matrixgames.com/forums/tm.asp?m=1701006

The game is DX9 based so installing DX10 shouldn't make any difference.

thanks

David,
one last thing on my errors.
when i click on the icon on my desktop screen to load the game i do not get any of the intro screens, it goes right to the screen to select play not use if something got deleted to make it stop playing the intro screens i have installed and uninstalled the game a few times and still no intro screens.
and yes the game was working correctly when i joined the ncfl and before that.
thanks
Joe
