PBEM log/info files

Making no comment on the presentation etc of the info, I believe its important that each player at least have access to the same information. Perhaps there is an argument that some info is 'for your eyes only' but in a game where diplomacy seems to be so critical, in my view it feels wrong for one player to get all the info exclusively, simply because they're processing the end of a cycle/turn.

I'd like the log info to also bundle into the files that do the rounds to each player

Example:-

For the person playing Austria....his diplomacy log of info for the Month of March 1805 was approx 80 lines of info...

This lack of info problem is occurring because there is an AI opponent involved. Eventually this one will get fixed too. Thanks for the side-by-side comparison.
