Problem getting Starshatter to run

I am trying to get this game to work on my new system.i just got 2 evga 8600 gts vid cards and i am running them in sli...the game down loads i see it do a few screens like the first matrixgames logo then the destroyer studios logo and then im back to the main menu?....i tryed new drivers and still not working ... any ideas?
