Hi Everyone,

We just set the physical versions (i.e. boxed copy or boxed copy + download) of Close Combat: Modern Tactics live. Thanks for your patience with these. We expect to have stock of these in our warehouse by December 14th, so we don't advise using expedited shipping if you want them before then as it won't change the back-order portion of the delay. We will ship out as soon as they are in stock. If you don't see the physical versions this instant, the store cache may still be clearing, so check back in an hour or two.

well, seems they are ashamed of not giving the chance to upgrade....and thats why no answer...

I got my box last week; it was broken and only contained 1 disc. called the number on the invoice (I'm in the UK) and it was unobtainable. I then emailed the address on the invoice and have had no reply after 5 days; ditto i emailed the Matrix contact email and again got no reply. Unusual this as in the past Matrix have been pretty good; so if a Matrix moderator reads this please let me know what to do; I will, unless told otherwise, mail the broken box and single disc back to the UK distributor and await a replacement.

Don't hold your breathe waiting for an answer...   I emailed the question to support@matrixgames.com  as well and got blown off trying that as well.

My matrix wargames are never graphics heavy so I always download
 
The download for CCMT is very large so I chose to buy a physical copy without a downlaod.
 
My physical copy arrived some 3 or weeks ago and the replacement CD ( because CD 2 was missing) arrived this week.

The plan is... yes, but we are at the mercy of DR's schedule for setting up upgrades. It's a time consuming manual process. I hope we'll have the first upgrade coupons by February. We do have a commitment from DR to work with us to do this, there just hasn't been time yet.

will there a cheaper solution for only download buyers to get the box, or will not?

So here we are, just over a year since I bought this game. Has any one figure out whether or not original digital customers can upgrade to the physical product?

The total lack of an answer to this question is preventing me from buying other Matrix games.

Please at least have the decency to answer my question.
