2vs2 pbem for medium/veteran players

Post by kondor »

Hi guys, I have some time and will[;)] to play 2vs2 game. Looking for experienced players willing to play at frequency... lets say about turn per two days?
I don´t have time for one on one game, and this would do just fine for me.
Standard rules...
Post here for additional info or mail me at dalibord@yahoo.com

I'm in if you still need a 3rd or 4th (prefer Japan, but will gladly accept Russia/China, Germany or WA in that order.)

I'll take a save here:

WA Summer39

Standard first turn shuffling of troops and naval units.
I did take a risk and sent the French fighter out vs the german fighter in W Germany.
Result was damage for each.
Next the French Tac sortied out for a airfield attack vs HB and came within 2 points but no joy.

An AAR is a good idea.

So/Ch Summer39

Soviet waits. China wants to seek peace with Japan and pulls back all her troops to inland.

Japan Fall 1939

All Japanese Air Forces concentrate on a lonely flak.........no more flak, Sinkiang becomes a harder target with 2 flak concentrated there by the Chinese...

So/Ch Fall 1939
Just wait and watch. Our spies are not efficient this turn so Stalin is not happy.

WA Fall39

After a few bottles of wine some French Tac Pilots jump in there planes and try a daring night raid vs German Shipping in the Baltic. Lets just say 'dont drink and flly'. Many of these pilots will never wake to enjoy the hangover. (can you say bombard evasion 1?)

Other than that the WA await the sleeping giant to rev up its war time production.

WA Winter40

Troops shuffled.
Supply distributed.
France finishes produceing some grand Battleship on the slim chance it joines the Free French after the fall of Paris.(i.e. gamble)
The best news this turn is USA starting to pay attention to War Material Production and Research
