Changes
This update is issued to fix a problem with BA 7th Tank Brigade in Level 7 (only).
It disappears - and cannot appear at New Orleans as I would prefer.

It includes more of the updates to aircraft maneuverability ratings and ROC - and aircraft eratta - and downstream air group changes where eratta relate to loadouts.

It includes changing most early US submarines to having Mark 10 torpedoes aft.

It fixes two location name errors in China (South China replacing Central China in brackets).

In AIO - not EOS - there are changes to interior river system naval units: they transfer to working ports or are 9999ed out - to prevent their being "lost" because they are "trapped" in cities not defined as ports - costing victory points.

The process of reviewing aircraft ROC values is not completed. The process also does not fully apply to Levels 5 and 6 - which only get aircraft eratta - not changes to just ROC data - most of which do not even change maneuverability.

This release - aside from fixing problems and making more aircraft rate to the same standard - also permits testing of the P-38 and the new artillery rating systems - for those interested in doing that.

This has a lot of eratta and enhancements - far more than expected - although none of it is very important - the sum is significant.

It extends artillery device reform to mortars.

It does NOT modify big naval guns into very heavy AAA - that is a lot of work and research is required to do it well.

My dream of freezing may not work out - but it is good enough this might be the last time we do Levels 5 and 6. I need to finish EEO - and it likely will produce more eratta - it always does when you look at a lot of records.

Changes

This is the unreleased 5.7851 plus a significant review of aircraft production - because we wanted to end Level 6 updates in a reasonably correct form and we found that factory production and off map replacement production needed coordinating.

It also changes the F7F to a night fighter - land plane only - and does the opposite for the night fighter variant of the TBF - which now is carrier capable. That changes two squadrons which had been flying F6F night fighters so they could operate of dedicated night fighter CVLs. The USMC night fighter squadrons that start with F6Fs now upgrade to F7F.

Aircraft production in Australia is more than tripled. We not only added numbers, but also a new type of aircraft - the Beaufighter. Aircraft production in the USA is rearranged as well - and the Boeing Renton plant, the biggest building in the world - is added at Tacoma.

A few more eratta were found and worked in - and a few technical minor enhancements -
