Question on Matrix CS updates

For Matrix CS Does update 1.02 include 1.01, if not how do I get it. Finally is it possible to have Ef 1.03 and Matrix CS co-exsist happily one computer or will I need something for a migraine[:'(]

1.02 is a cumulative update, so 1.01 is included.

You can have both running on your machine with no problems, assuming you install them in separate locations.
