Question about unit position within hexes

Post by Geomitrak »

These might be dumb questions but here goes anyway. [:D]

Does the ability to rotate non-armoured units have any significance ? I know the rotate function is relevant when the armour facing rule is checked, but is it significant for infantry and artillery?

Secondly, what is gained by moving units backwards and forwards within the hex using the End and Home keys ?

Thanks for any help, chaps.

Regards
Paul

Hello Paul,

No, unit placing is just eye candy. It only affects defense factor when the armour facing rule is in effect, like you said. Regards.
