This fall I am teaching a course at Emory University about the 1820-1918 period in European history
I think my interest is definitly right up there

And plus pre orders back in the day were $20 so I save $15
Good of Frank to not charge the extra 15

I am downloading now and am fully planning on giving this a try

Looks like it's now fixed.....although it did try to sneak in $3.99 for the extended download which I thought a bit cheeky given I'm getting a physical copy!! [8|]

Ok, we resolved this issue with Digital River on how the coupons were setup. Those of you that were charged for shipping will have that shipping charge refunded.

Hello Erik

Order Number: 1632674957

I got my coupon for pre-paying in an email from Frank.

However, I don't see anyplace to use it in the on-line ordering process in the Matrix Store.

How do I use my coupon?

Thanks. (Can't wait to play.)

That's where I was and couldn't figure out.
But then I figured out what blank seemed closest, and all is set.
Thanks.

I was still charged shipping. Will this be refunded to my card?

Yes, it should be refunded, though it can take 5 business days to do so. I'm checking with DR again to make sure the shipping charge issue was fixed on any remaining coupons.

If you pre-ordered from Frank Hunter you must email him and he will work it out with you.  We have no record of any of his pre-order customers.
