Crashing and missing video

Crashing and missing video

I have recently purchased RFTS, and didn't have any problems with it till today, when the game just crashed and exited to windows desktop. I got to Enter the Klaa'Keen turn 4, and when I try to go to turn 5 it just goes to windows. I have version 1.41, and am wondering if anyone else is having the same problem?

Also there doesn't seam to be any of the cut seens in the game. I the title screen there is a button to play the startup movie, however the screen just goes blank for a few secconds then returns to the title, also at the beggining of the Enter the Klaa'Keen episoide it does the same thing. Were the videos left off the cd or are they avaliable for download?
