David...Could you give us an update please?

David..just wondering if you have found anything out reguarding Matrix being able to sell the game early due to its release in Russia? It really doesnt make any sense that your company should be prevented from selling once someone else has started selling early. I think like many others here on the forums, I am just really excited about this game and want to give your company first crack at the sale. Let us know whats up whatever you find out.

I concur. Especially the excitement and with wanting to give Matrix the first crack at my business.

Matrix has been great--us rabid XCOM fans all really appreciated the advance info about UFO:ET.

Unfortunately, I think it's unlikely we'll have an answer on that any earlier than tomorrow. Too many different parties in different time zones involved, this is not a decision that we can just make on our own. I would just count on the stated release date/time, which is what we are agreed to do and anything earlier is a bonus.
