Issues downloading COI

I bought COI earlier today choosing the Download/Hard Copy option. Whenever I try to download COI it suddenly stops and doesn’t continue. It has frozen at anything from 1% to 60% in the 10+ times I’ve attempted dling it, including on different computers. Now I’ve tried turning off my firewall and such and I’ve bought and dled products from matrix before with no problem so I have no idea what the issue is. Any ideas?

If you have troubles downloading large files then we suggest you use a download client like "Stardownloader" available for free from www.stardownloader.com . It will let you resume disconnected or broken downloads. You can even pause them and resume them whenever you want.
