I would really like to play the game I paid for, can I get some support!!!!!!!!!!

No, phone number that I can find other than ordering which no one answers....

as posted I just get error messages......

Wait a sec.....you posted yesterday at 6:42 pm, in ANOTHER USER'S thread, and you complain about "NO REPLIES"??!! Next time, begin a new thread regarding an issue/problem before you go off.
Next, you might wish to add some more detail to this thread/post....."I just get error messages......" doesn't say much of anything and you are then making other users and the Matrix Staff go through hoops trying to figure out what you are talking about. Provide some more info and I would also suggest some hardware specs and a dxdiag attachment.
As for your "error message", at first glance I would say corrupt install. Have you attempted to redownload and reinstall yet?

yes...I posted in the existing thread as its seems like I have the same problem. There are several older thread already about "game won't run" so How many of these threads do we want running?

Can you post some details about your problem
 
Start with your system specs and the error message  and when exactly it occurs.
