problem with PBEM 1796 1.2.25 french version

We try to make a 8 player game with the 1796 scenario and with the 1.2.25 french patch.

The french player can create the game, make his turn, send it to the english, but when the english end his turn, the next file is not make. Nothing is create !?

Can you help us please ..[&o]
