Review in Cyberstratege, the french magazine

Post by Robin le guetteur »

I'm very proud to announce you that my article about CoTa is published in the last issue of Cyberstratege (issue 4 of the new serie), the wellknown (in France) french paper magazine dedicated to strategic games.
The review about CoTA is very large and the final note is... 9/10 !

Hey ! I was supposed to be the bigger fan ! [;)]
I only gave a 8/10 in my review for PC4WAR, the other french magazine regarding strategic computer games. Note: a small view of the mag is available at the URL.

J'ai vraiment hâte de lire ça. Lire et relire le même article sur le jeu est deveu assez pénible. [:)]

The really strange thing is that wargaming in the Francophone part of the world is big enough to support 3 excellent wargame magazines (the third being Vae Victis) whereas there's only one slightly comparable magazine in the Anglophone part of the world : Armchair General.

Is there a market opportunity for a dedicated magazine or is it just too hard to fight the English language websites like The Wargamer and SZO ?

Anyway, the hunt for Cyberstratège #4 is on.

Maybe you'd like to know that the International Magazine Store (IMS) chain of stores carries this magazine over here.
