upgrade and new ships

greetings...


I've noticed that one of my ships (this ship was accelerated) arrives with future upgrade (this date isn't reached yet in the game). The other one arrives with "normal" status (did not upgrade yet)...

any ideas?

I've noticed something similar with allied ships - most arrive with the latest upgrade, but a handful don't. I've also noticed 1 or 2 allied ships (a couple DDs, IIRC) arriving with a future upgrade before that date was reached. Acceleration obviously isn't an issue there.

I believe it's just how they're defined in the database.

Sounds likely. There are a number of misentries in the DB...

It just happened to me with the Musashi. Arrived in October 1942 as the December 1942 version. I hope it doesn't get sunk before it is actually supposed to exist.
