Radar move north instead to the disered locations

Please see the attached scenario (Black Tiver IV). I move the mobile radars a bit, but it seems that all radars move north (course 0 deg) instead against the right location.

Here is a very simple scenario. Only one Radar

It moves straight north instead south....

Why?

Not only radar, also Spy Unit (#2431) is only moving north..

It is strange that not all mobile units have the same behaviour. tank and infantry are moving fine in all directions, but radar and Spy (and maybe other) are moving only north
I hope to have a fix soon. I need to move the spy and radar units
