Pilot Bit Maps / Looking for all except Commonwealth

I just "re-upgraded" to KiF / But can't find the Pilot Bit Maps (see Commonwealth below) for China, France, Germany, Italy, US, and USSR / Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks, Don.
