Disbanding or Merging?

Hello, just was wondering which is better for rebuilding your divisional strength when you have a lot of divisions at 50% or lower?

Depends on o the amount of territory you have to cover. The larger more units are precised. If the space to cocer is small merging will cause inmediate efects while diabanding will be traduced in something you dont know when will take place. So inmediate effect on the front merge and something dilated in time disband (my opinión)

If you merge units their element's experience will be merged as well.
If you disband units the elements will return as normal replacements with low experience.

Personally, I don't merge or disband valuable combat units because they are low TOE. I refit. Unit density is important for both sides.

Costs a lot to rebuild - admin points, experience lost, time (months) to get the unit in fighting shape. IMHO better to give ground and get those units a monthlong refit.

If it is a low value unit, then it is contextual to your situation.
