Joe Rocheforts War. Has anyone read

Post by Disco Duck »

I just ran across this. I hadn't heard about it before and was wondering if anyone thought it was a worthwhile read?

Great book. Lots interesting detail on pre-war and early war intel ops. Just a few smart folks working out of a basement. Well written. Definitely a buy.

Disco Duck- Yes, I've read it. It's good, but take it out of the library and read before you buy.

The military channel has a show about bletchley park (spelling optional) which is pretty cool. love the intel/spy stuff from WWII.

I have it, but haven't read it yet. I'm reading another book on code breaking "The Emperor's Codes".

Hey Mike, just curious. Why would an AM2 use ATCS in his profile name? [:D] (I was an AT1 [;)])

I'm an Air Traffic Control Specialist now, hence ATCS. I guess that would be confusing to anyone in/out of the Navy, AD2 in my sig and Senior Chief Avionics Tech (ATCS) as part of my name.

Mike

P.S.

Added it as part of my sig now. :)
