TLD Campaign Editing?

Hi all, I hope there are still some admins and/or TLD-modders lurking around to help a new player (modder) on his way! I've read a lot already, but I want to apologize in advance if i'm asking stupid questions. Answers towards linked reading-up-material are much appreciated as well.

Primarily, could somebody PLEASE attach the TLD-workbook to a post here??? Please?

I found the link at the matrixgames.closecombat dot com site (can't post links and am retyping my whole message because i just found that out) doesn't work, the link starts, then hangs and eventually cancels due to an unknown network error.
I've tried it many times already in the past few weeks, same issue over and over.
Also, there's no way to contact an admin of that site I could find.

Also, I have a small question about the Churchill AVRE..
As far as I'm aware of, that was equipped with a 290mm Pétard Spigot Mortar, so I'm really wondering where the 280mm came from in the game?
