Most likely I've been living under a rock for a long while, but only yesterday I found it out!

My only ever complaint about Matrix as an online publisher was the fact that you didn't have an option to redownload purchased games without having to contact customer support. Not any longer! In the member area, I can now under the "my products" option find all my purchased games.... with a redownload option!
