Drop down menu items not showing

In the Characters screen, when I click on an intellegence agent missions, the drop down menu scrolls off the bottom of the screen making it impossible to see or pick most of the selections. I am playing in default screen res., my computer res is 1920 x 1080. I have to play in windowed mode in order to use windows magnifier to read some of the text. I have the latest legends uptate and all my drivers are up to date. Is there a solution to this problem? This also happens if the targets list is too long.
