Massive fuel drop at San Diego

Scenario 1. November 25th patch. The Fuel supply at San Diego drops massively between December 7th and December 8th.

It's not stockpiling and fuel moves around as needed.

It will also tend to pool at LA.
I think that the two obligations you have are to be good at what you do and then to pass on your knowledge to a younger person
