Air transfer target

In air transfer mode after selecting the unit to be transfered, there is no hex tooltip any more. (Or am I just blind?) Is there a way to still see what target I am about to select?

Yeah, that's one of the less user friendly element of the UI. You have to memorize visually the base first and only then attempt the transfer.
