Created units getting destroyed by recon

I flew recon mission over my enemies lines and spotted some new units he created that were not filled out. The recon mission caused the to be destroyed.. i am pretty sure, or at least thats what it said, another air attack on a different hex did the same thing.

i am putting it on the list for fixing for v1.03 beta patch. Hope to have this patch finished early next week. its to late to make it into the v1.02 public gold patch alas.
