Road to Dnopsk 41 scn OKH still isolated after latest patch

617 trucks were lost this turn during unit movement
5352 trucks have been lost during the campaign due to unit movement
340 trucks were lost performing unit resupply operations
1357 trucks were damaged performing unit resupply operations
4528 supply trucks have been lost during the campaign
4603 trucks were repaired and returned to the logistics pool
O.K.H. is isolated

I ran a turn of that scenario using the latest version and did not get the OKH message. Using the latest version I'm surprised that you'd get that message since the change should keep the off map rail hexes in play for the off map units. Please post a save just before this happens (attach here or email to 2by3@2by3games.com).

Old exe was damaging all the rails outside the active area. There is no way to get them operational again. It means that you have to restart to have OKH in supply in the mentioned scenario

I started this game since the last fix - fully upto date.
please advise the effect of this issue on my units I am a bit of a newbie...
