Patch question

TF's that are on follow orders do not unload when involved in invasion or amphibious operations. Does this still happen in the new patch? I often have the following order. MSW followed by ASW followed by SCTF followed by the transports. The turn before they hit the beaches I turn the follow TF off. Has this been addressed or is it hard coded?

The TF's whit follow orders unload their troop (I made three amphibious
operation whit multiple troop TF's whit 'follow' and I don't have any problem).
