Gary Grigsby’s War in the East: The German-Soviet War 1941-1945 is a turn-based World War II strategy game stretching across the entire Eastern Front. Gamers can engage in an epic campaign, including division-sized battles with realistic and historical terrain, weather, orders of battle, logistics and combat results.

The critically and fan-acclaimed Eastern Front mega-game Gary Grigsby’s War in the East just got bigger and better with Gary Grigsby’s War in the East: Don to the Danube! This expansion to the award-winning War in the East comes with a wide array of later war scenarios ranging from short but intense 6 turn bouts like the Battle for Kharkov (1942) to immense 37-turn engagements taking place across multiple nations like Drama on the Danube (Summer 1944 – Spring 1945).

Proposed improvements to wite

Post by Rom3l »

Hello,

Sorry, my English.

I'm thinking it would be nice to know if there is possibility to add these 4 points to implement in upcoming patches. As they see it?

1) Have a function that displays a color line HQ and its subordinate divisions above its HQ. In many wargames is the function (HOI3) and would help much, because the colors an certain situation does not look good.

2) See the logs of a battle by giving the f11. You see the abstract but would be fine per the full text or at least a summary of which units have been lower, etc ...
Something to similar to "war in the pacific".

3) But would be nice that the reports of fighting, the casualties to see them in red text, in order to distinguish the best messages .

4) Save a local two-player game on the server in order to study locally while the other user makes his move on the server.

Thanks, and sorry for my English (I am Spanish and I Translat with google translator).
